How long do your meals last?
We can’t guarantee the freshness of our meals beyond Friday, but this is largely your preference! Our meals can be frozen for up to 3 weeks.

Are your meals frozen?
Our meals are prepared, and delivered fresh. They are never frozen.

How long do the meals need to be heated for?
It depends on your microwave and temperature preference. The average heating time is 1-2 minutes.

Are your meals healthy?
We believe our meals work well for most diets, and nutritional needs. All ingredients are weighed/measured to ensure the most exact calorie, and macro content accuracy. We also make as many health conscious substitutions as possible with our meals. For example, our many of our sauces are fat free, Greek Yogurt based. We also source ingredients from local farms in VA, ensuring you get the highest quality ingredients available.

What are the macros of your meals?
All macros can be seen on the product pages for each meal, and are also located on our meal containers.

Can I make modifications to my meals?
At this time meals are made ‘as is’ no modifications or substitutions are allowed. For custom meal plans, please consider ordering our low carb options for an additional price. The carb will be replaced by shirataki noodles. However, at this time, we do not have options to add extra meat or extra sides.

Can I place an order over the phone?
All orders must be placed through our website.

When is the deadline for orders?
Order by every Thursday 11:59PM to get your meals that following Sunday. Any orders that come in after that, will be pushed to next week’s orders by default.

What if I forget to place an order?
Meals are available at Roll Play Grill. Call ahead to check if any are available.

Do you offer a subscription service?
Coming soon!

How do I use my discount code?
Your discount code can be entered at check out. Discount codes cannot be combined, including the subscription codes. Some discounts are one-time use only, and in these cases it will say that your coupon has expired.

What is your delivery fee?
$7.99 fee added to all delivery orders (5 meal minimum). Orders over $100 receives free delivery. We also offer free store pickup from our locations.

What time will orders be ready for home delivery?
The orders will be delivered every Sunday between 9AM-3PM. Meals will be left on your doorstep or front of the building if no one is home. Once orders are dropped off, the consumer assumes responsibility for the quality, freshness, and contents of the meals. No refunds will be issued, no exceptions.

Where is your delivery area?
Our delivery area is a 6 mile radius from Roll Play Grill.

What time will orders be ready for pickup?
Store pickups will be ready in our fridges every Sunday. Times vary by location. Call ahead to check hours of operation. Mẹ Meals will not be responsible for unexpected closures, holiday hours, etc. Orders not picked up on Sunday will be available for pick up any day of the week your location is open. Once orders are dropped off in the fridge, the consumer assumes responsibility for the quality, freshness, and contents of the meals. No refunds will be issued, no exceptions.

Where are your pick-up locations?
You can pick up your order at three of the Happy Endings Locations including Roll Play Grill, Centreville Chasin' Tails and Arlington Chasin' Tails.

How do I pickup my meals from the pickup location I selected?
Simply walk in, and tell a staff member you are there to pick up your M's Meals order!

Can I cancel or receive a refund once my order is placed?
Due to the nature of our service, no refunds can be administered once your meal order has been submitted.
